Understanding Your Dental Insurance
With a dental insurance plan, paying for your dental treatments becomes not only more affordable, but more predictable, especially compared to having no insurance at all.
How Dental Insurance Works
Dental and medical insurance differ significantly. While medical insurance is primarily designed to cover emergencies, dental insurance emphasizes regular preventive use. Most plans cover preventive care at 100%, encouraging you to maintain regular checkups.
What Your Insurance Typically Covers
- Preventive Care (100%): Exams, cleanings, X-rays, and sometimes fluoride therapy
- Minor Restorative (70–80%): Fillings and endodontic care
- Major Restorative (up to 50%): Crowns, bridges, and dentures
Note: Dental implants and cosmetic work are typically not covered by most insurance plans.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We offer in-network savings and welcome out-of-network providers. In-network agreements result in lower patient costs.
No Insurance? No Problem.
We believe cost should never be a barrier to quality dental care. Our in-house Anthem Dental Discount Plan offers significant savings on cleanings, exams, and all treatments — no insurance required.
We also accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that allows qualified applicants to pay for treatments over time.
