Welcome to
Your New Dental Home
You should be able to feel confident about your dental care as soon as you complete your first visit as a new patient. Below, you can read more about what to expect once you do arrive, what forms you’ll need to fill out as a new patient, and more information regarding financing options. We look forward to making your visits comfortable and accommodating as you get to know our dentists and team members.
Your First Visit
When you first arrive, one of our team members will warmly greet you, provide new patient paperwork, and answer any questions you may have. From there, a team member will bring you to an operatory and one of our dentists will meet with you. They will ask about oral health concerns you have, have an assistant capture appropriate X-rays, then come back to discuss the X-rays and any treatment recommendations. After answering all of your concerns, a treatment coordinator will come in to discuss your options and address any financial questions.
Patient Forms
New patient forms give us a chance to get to know any oral health concerns you currently have as well as confirm any accommodations we need to make during your visits. It also gives us a chance to collect essential contact information from you, making it easier to keep in touch moving forward. We encourage you to download and print out the forms before your visit in order to expedite the check-in process.

Dental Financing
Even if you don’t have dental insurance, that doesn’t mean you can’t complete the treatments you need to protect your oral health. Through third-party financing options like CareCredit, you can begin financing your dental treatments with no money down and in many cases little to zero interest attached. When you qualify, you can begin treatment sooner and make manageable payments over the course of several months, rather than in one payment upfront. To apply, follow the link below or get in touch with our dental office!
